  • All IT infrastructure is administered by SingleWave Technologies, a professional managed services provider, under a formal managed services agreement
  • Client data is stored in a secure, dedicated database environment on-premises at our St. Louis, Missouri facility, with encrypted cloud-based backups
  • Access to client data is restricted to authorized CRES personnel on a need-to-know basis, enforced through role-based access controls
  • All employees undergo criminal background checks prior to hire and complete annual security awareness training
  • Our security program is subject to regular independent assessment, including annual penetration testing
  • All employees are required to review and acknowledge CRES security and privacy policies annually

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

CRES does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • With our managed IT services provider, SingleWave Technologies, solely as necessary to administer and secure our systems
  • With third parties as required to complete transactions on behalf of our clients, including title companies, lenders, and governmental authorities
  • As required by applicable law, regulation, or court order
  • With the explicit written consent of the relevant party

6. Data Retention

CRES retains information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to resolve any disputes. When data is no longer required, it is securely disposed of in accordance with our formal data retention and disposal procedures.
